Should my coming week be a particularly busy one, I thought I'd go ahead and make a second short post this evening. This essay, Mysterious Tools, which appeared in America, The National Catholic Weekly a few years ago remains one of my all-time favorite pieces. This article seems to articulate the mysterious nature (and power) of prayer better than anything else I have written--so far.
